Registration open for C-Toan LAN 7!

Well registration opened just about a week ago and our population is already close to the half way mark!
C-Toan LAN 7 is on June 25th, right after final exams and right before the summer holidays! This is a great way to kick off the summer.

We’re doing a few things differently this time.
Magic the Gathering will be at C-Toan 7! That’s right, we’ve decided to add a tabletop section complete with a Eldrazi booster draft!
We’re also reducing the number of tournaments to 3 and increasing the amount of awsome free play action so everybody has a good time!

Rental computers have also been upgraded. They are now all Dual core, quad core, and core i5s for a better gaming experience…

The schedule and official games list as well as the booster draft specs should be up by this weekend so stay tuned!

Flyers went out yesterday… We were surprised that the population hadn’t gone up until we realized our registration form was not recording people who registered…

Update - Under a week to go!

With this past Friday marking one week before C-Toan 6, us staff have been hard at work preparing for the big night!
So have our sponsors!

As of last week rentals were all sold out, sorry! With that being said though, any of you renters who are not able to come anymore, please let us know so we can pass on your spot to someone who might want it! If you’d like to be put on the waiting list for rentals, please contact us.

Registration is up!

Well as promised registration went up tonight… just in case somebody didn’t get that, it means you can sign up to attend the January 29th LAN party! GOGOGO!

The site still needs some fixin’ up (the time left meter is broken for some reason) and some of the content needs updating. But you can register!
Should be a fun filled night as always… the official tournament list will be out by next Wednesday when our official tourney team meets to jot it all out.

Speaking of tourney team, if you’d like to weigh in on what tourney you think should be included, send us a quick email using the contact us page. Or even better, if you’d like to host a tournament, let us know, contact us!

LAN postponed…

We regret to inform all you gamers that our dates have had to changed due to some logistics problems and staff scheduling. C-Toan 6 will now be on January 29th-30th. Our apologies if this has screwed things up for anyone and we hope you are still able to attend on the 29th.

As for registration, it will be open by Friday AT THE LATEST. Us staff have been busy with other parts of life and consequently have not had time to work on our beloved LAN party. We’ll be hunkering down this week and the weeks leading up to C-Toan 6 to ensure this LAN is organized properly so everyone will have a blast!

C-Toan 6 announced… finally!

Alright guys and girls, we know it’s been a really dry run but we’ve all been busy with life outside LANning. But after a long rest, we’ve decided it’s long past time to hold another C-Toan…
Therefore, C-Toan 6 will be on January 8th in the THSS rotunda as usual. This will be a great way to kick off the new year and have some fun at the end of the first week of school…

We’re still in the planning stages so we don’t have start or end times just yet but they’ll be coming this week!

Additionally this website is being moved to a different server this week so we’re not doing any major changes to the site. What does this mean for you? Registration is closed until next week, sorry! In the mean time you can help us out by getting the word out! Tell your friends, family, classmates, colleagues, cats, dogs, gaming friends… ok you get the idea…

Those of you that are on the mailing list will be receiving a reminder email either later tonight or tomorrow as well…

Well another LAN party done… wow, it went so quickly!
We hope everyone had a good time and walked away satisfied.
There were a few hickups here and there but when it’s all said and done, all that matters is that people enjoyed themselves.

Also we’ve fixed the photo gallery so you can now view all the great photos right through from the first event to the 4th. Some good times there and it’s sure to get you hyped up for C-Toan 5.
